Scope of Work:
FM Cladding and Roofing Ltd. successfully completed a comprehensive roof refurbishment at Kwik Fit Mallusk. The project focused on enhancing the building’s protection and energy efficiency through the removal of existing cladding and the installation of new roof sheeting and gutters.
Perimeter Roof Handrails & Safety Nets:
The project began with the installation of perimeter roof handrails around the building, followed by the setup of safety nets inside using a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP). This step ensured safe working conditions throughout the project.
Roof Sheeting & Gutter Replacement:
Our team proceeded to remove the old roof sheeting and gutters, replacing them with new, high-quality materials to ensure long-lasting protection. We maintained strict safety measures by cordoning off designated areas during these stages.
Roof Flashing Installation:
The final stages of the project included the removal of safety nets and handrails, followed by the installation of perimeter roof flashing to complete the secure and durable roofing system.
